Returns Policy

Non-refundable policy:

Only items with manufacturing damage or defects may be returned. The purchased item/s must be returned to us in the *original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item/s. We will issue a replacement and refund your return postage costs.

Please re-package the goods and send to the return address on the original parcel, and enclose:

  • a note giving the reason for the return

  • a copy of your invoice and shipment documentation

We will check all items returned as ‘damaged or defective’. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right not to replace them, and not to refund your return shipping costs.

* Any scratches or marks from use or handling of DVDs is considered damage.
